Social Worker (Uganda)

Twesigomwe Johnbosco, known as JB, is a highly qualified and dedicated social worker with a wealth of experience in family-strengthening initiatives. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Social Work, a Postgraduate qualification in Public Administration and Management, and a Certificate in Administrative Law.

At 38 years old, JB is a passionate advocate for children's rights and freedoms. He has been appointed to develop and oversee our rapidly growing family-strengthening programme. His extensive experience includes managing several government initiatives aimed at strengthening communities and creating self-sustaining environments free from gender-based violence, conflict, and strife.

JB is a devoted Christian, married to Prossy, and a father of four children: Morgan, Martha, Moris, and Moziah. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and sports. JB is deeply committed to his role and is result-oriented, with a strong focus on teamwork. He believes in delivering disadvantaged children and those at risk from vulnerability and suffering to safer, enabling environments where they can grow into responsible citizens of Uganda and the world at large.

JB's ultimate goal is to put a smile on the faces of others, especially those who are less privileged, and to see a society where children holistically grow into responsible citizens.
