Phionah

Social Worker (Uganda)

Phionah is a qualified social worker after graduating from Ndejje University with a degree in social work and social administration in 2021. Her role in the organisation is to head up the prison ministry. Phionah is also a graduate of the organisation, and shares how she personally benefited from the support after the loss of both her parents and her rescue from a previous abusive children's home in the Capital. Phionah often describes a childhood with the organisation where she experienced and knew that she was loved. 

Phionah has a number of hobbies and loves reading, praying and working with children. Phionah married in 2022 to her husband Jon.
